  good place for an emergency or when you can't get in with your primary. clean. however - beware of saturday hours - they charge a $25 'after hours' fee for that day, even though it's not listed on their website and they don't tell you when you check-in.

  This place has changed hands at least 3 times and is one of the most unprofessional Medical facilities I've ever been to. This is the fourth time I've tried to get help from these people and every time they acted as if they could care less. Nobody answers the phone. EVER! One day I called 20 times! That was just to make an appointment thank God. I decided to go up there and set up the appointment in person. The doors were locked. At 2:30! They're open until at least 5:00! I could see the receptionist through the window so I knocked on the door. Loudly. She ignored me. So I decided to call again. This time I knew shed answer the phone. NOPE! She ignored the phone call while I was looking at her through the door! So i decided to call and call and call until i got an answer. I left a message that was less than polite and then they returned my call. But just to tell me that they were closed and the doctor was getting ready to go home. I asked her why they were closed already and she refused to give me an answer. She just kept saying youll have to come back another day. Absolutely ridiculous! Another incident was with my girlfriend who needed urgent care and didn't want to go to the ER for an allergic reaction. It is listed as an urgent care walk-in clinic so they're capable. But you'd have a better chance of getting treated by a veterinarian. Again they didn't answer the phone and the doors were locked. The parking lot was empty and now I know why. They werent busy. I could see the receptionist. Even though they are clearly able to help you they DO NOT CARE! I don't know how these people stay in business. And the receptionist should've been fired a long long time ago. But maybe the doctor likes to run the place like that. Maybe the doctor told her not to answer any calls. I don't know. Regardless, that place could be considered dangerous due to the fact that they are unwilling to help the patients. They should be ashamed. I will never go back there ever again. I just hope that someone doesn't die from their lack of caring.
